Are the products dermatologically tested?
Our products have been tested at a university and were found to cause no irritation or allergic reactions. They have also been certified to be completely free of bacteria, yeast, and mold.
Can I use these products while I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, to date, these products have never caused any adverse effects in these cases and can even be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding; however, you should consult your doctor before using them.
How should products be stored properly?
It is recommended to store the products in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you have completed your purchase, if the order was successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs €5.50, and shipping via cash on delivery costs €8.00. Shipping is free for orders over 99 euros.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You will generally receive your package within 1–2 business days after it is processed.
Do you ship internationally as well?
Yes, for international shipping, simply send an email to drgiusti@villaborghini.it and list the products you'd like to order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
